Terms and Conditions
The owner of the Lovedoll.world online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is Digital Trade Baltic OÜ (registry code 14789557).
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place the order, the required data fields must be completed and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.
The contract enters into force from the moment the amount payable is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from sending the notice.
Delivery
Goods are delivered to the member states of the European Union.
Shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–25 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 60 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sex dolls (except in the case of an incorrect or defective product). Lovedoll.world sex dolls are assembled each time according to the order: head, body type, height, skeleton (standing feet / non-standing feet), wig, body heating, voice sounds, etc.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as would be permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for any purpose other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted and sent to the email address info@lovedoll.world no later than within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (for example, an incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal application or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal application, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer the cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store has been marked, due to an error, significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to submit complaints
The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for any defect that existed at the moment of delivery of the item and becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store no later than within two months by sending an email to info@lovedoll.world or calling: +372 5682 8879.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments related to the sales contract.
The Online Store responds to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address and bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to companies providing delivery services for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering an email address on the website and indicating consent to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer may at any time unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by email by notifying us by email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Resolution of disputes
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@lovedoll.world or reported by phone: +372 5682 8879.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions of the procedure can be reviewed and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also contact the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes.
